Moxirun Gel eye drops contains Moxifloxacin 0.5% as a sterile preservative free solution for topical ophthalmic use. Moxifloxacin belongs to Fluroquinolone group of antibacterial drugs. Moxifloxacin kills the bacteria which causes infection by inhibiting the enzymes – topoisomerase II and topoisomerase IV, which plays key role in bacterial cell wall formation. Moxirun Gel eye drops is prescribed for treating bacterial infections in eye like conjunctivitis and as prophylaxis in pre & post ocular surgery.
Pack Presentation: Moxirun Gel eye drops is supplied in white opaque plastic dropper bottle with a cap, containing 5ml of the solution.
